Rates for Group Instruction:
The rates for group training are calculated based on how many days a week you plan to train. The initiation to enter into group training is $100. This includes two private sessions to get you started.
Monthly Membership Option:
We ask for a 6-month commitment to qualify for the monthly rate. Monthly payments can either be electronically debited from your checking account or charged to your credit card.

Short-Term Membership Options:
The weeks are consecutive, and cannot be broken up.
6 weeks:
